UX/UI Design work for Officeworks.
Online Returns
- Worked closely with the Project Managers and Business Analyst to ascertain the needs of the business.
- Created a customer journey map to highlight the pain points of the existing returns service (in-store and via call centre) in order to create solutions accordingly.
- Brainstormed initial flow, prepared sketches, storyboards and wireframes to convey initial ideas.
- Performed Usability Testing to ensure that the flow is user friendly and easy to understand.
- Designed the entire Online Returns UI.
Product Families
An improvement over Officework’s existing “dropdown” feature to present product variations such as colours, specs and sizes.
- Created sketches and wireframes to present initial ideas.
- Performed AB testing to select the most viable option.
- Designed the final UI and presented to management.
- Worked closely with developers to make sure that the design was implemented correctly.
Video Thumbnails
Created a video thumbnail and added this to the product page among product image thumbnails as an improvement over Officeworks’ previous method of presenting videos below the fold under product descriptions, which was very hidden and difficult for users to notice.
